1. No Refunds After Allocation
Refunds will not be provided once a batch is allocated to students.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Refunds will be processed only after deducting 5% from the payment if eligible.
3. Requesting a Refund
If a student believes they are eligible for a refund, they must send an email to admin@stox360.live to initiate the request.
4. Refunds for Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in special circumstances, such as medical emergencies or course cancellation by Stox 360.
5. Pausing Batch Allocation
If a refund request is made by a student before batch allocation, the batch allocation will be paused until a decision on the cancellation is made.
6. Processing Time
Stox 360 typically takes 7 days to process a refund request.
7. Payment Method for Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or any other electronic payment medium.
Refund will be transferred to the user in 2-4 business days once approved.
8. Communication Timeline
Stox 360 will respond to refund requests within 1-3 days to acknowledge receipt of the request.
9. Connecting with Admission Counselor
Once a refund request is made via email, students must also connect with the concerned admission counsellor over WhatsApp.
10. Refund Status Communication
Students will be informed about the status of their refund request via email.
